Giannis Chrysostomou is Technology Manager, dealing with the expansion of technology infrastructure, the advancement of innovating technological capabilities and their implementation into modern business. He is responsible for consulting our clients how to take advantage of IT to streamline their business procedures and become more proficient. He holds a B.Sc. degree in Computer Science from University of Leeds and an MBA from the Cyprus International Institute of Management. He was actively involved in funded Research projects like ICT in sustainable transportation and ICT in health. He worked in the past as an assistant manager in Cyquip Engineering Services and for the past two and a half years in AMDOCS, the market leader in software and services provider for telecommunication companies globally and the largest offshore IT company in Cyprus and worked closely with some of their largest clients like AT&T Lightspeed and Vodafone Romania. He was responsible for the integration of CRM, Billing, Self Service and Ordering products, Quality Assurance of the end-user solution, Infrastructure Implementation and DB administration of Amdocs Partner Manager among other key technological responsibilities. He has experience in the methodology of developing bulk software and co-coordinating their requirements definition, coding and testing. He has knowledge in Grid technologies, scheduling algorithms, computer networks, Windows, UNIX, Python, C, C++, HTML/XML, Java, JSP and DBA.
